The NCC allows copying and reproduction of any material from its publications for personal or non-commercial purposes, except material that is quoted in our publications and is therefore attributable to an external organisation or individual. All other uses, including for academic purposes, requires the prior written permission of the NCC, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
The NCC must be acknowledged as the owner of intellectual property and copyright in the material, and the publication date must be given in case of policy detail which may be affected by the date of writing.
